Terms of service

By installing DPShoppable you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

DPShoppable lets you import short-form video, tag your Shopify products onto it, and publish shoppable video widgets into your storefront theme. We may change, add to or remove features over time; we will not remove something material without notice.

• Plans are Free, Basic ($19/month), Premium ($39/month) and Elite ($59/month), each with a monthly video-view allowance and a video-library limit.
• Charges are billed through Shopify and appear on your regular store invoice. Shopify’s billing terms govern payment.
• Allowances reset monthly and are not carried over. If you exceed your allowance we will tell you and ask you to upgrade.
• You can change or cancel a plan at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancelling stops future charges; fees already billed are not refunded except where the law requires it.

You keep all rights in the videos, images and product data you bring into the app. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, transcode and deliver that content in order to run the service on your storefront.

You are responsible for having the rights to every clip you import — including creator and customer content, music, and any person appearing in it — and for complying with the terms of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok when you import from them.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or circumvent the limits of the service.
• Do not use the app to misrepresent products, prices or availability to shoppers.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will explain why where we are permitted to.

We work to keep the service running and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and issues in a merchant’s own theme can all affect the widget.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISION AIR LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may uninstall at any time. We may terminate for material breach, or if we discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice. On termination your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
